Production Capacity
The company’s production workshop is currently equipped with 50 vulcanizing presses of varying tonnages and specifications, capable of meeting multi-category production requirements ranging from small precision parts to large-sized molded components. Vulcanization is the core process in silicone product manufacturing: by precisely controlling the three key parameters of temperature, pressure, and time, liquid or solid silicone raw materials undergo cross-linking reactions within the mold, forming finished products with specific shapes and physical properties. The parallel operation capacity of 50 units enables the company to quickly deploy production capacity, shorten lead times, and ensure the reliability of delivery commitments when receiving large-volume orders.

In terms of staffing, the company currently employs approximately 100 people, with roles covering the full production workflow: raw material preparation, vulcanization molding, post-processing, quality inspection, and finished product packaging. Among these, the packaging team consists of 20 dedicated personnel responsible for sorting, assembling, sealing, and marking outer cartons in compliance with the packaging specifications of different export markets. Having accumulated extensive hands-on experience addressing the differences in packaging standards and labeling requirements between the European/American markets and the Japanese/Korean markets, the packaging team is fully capable of flexibly meeting the personalized packaging needs of various customers.
Quality Control
As a manufacturing enterprise focused on export business, product quality is the foundation of our presence in the international market. The company has established a three-tier quality management system covering incoming material inspection, in-process control, and finished product testing. We conduct batch sampling inspections on physical performance indicators of raw materials such as hardness, tensile strength, and tear strength; implement real-time monitoring and recording of vulcanization parameters during production; and perform 100% inspection or sampling inspection in accordance with AQL standards on the appearance, dimensions, and functionality of finished products.
Export products must comply with the regulations and standards of target markets. For the European market, our products have passed safety tests related to food contact materials and meet the EU regulatory requirements for material safety of silicone products intended for food contact. For the U.S. market, the material composition and processing technology of our products meet the FDA technical specifications for food contact materials. For the Japanese market, our products have also obtained safety testing certifications under the Japanese Food Sanitation Act. The capability to comply with multi-market and multi-standard requirements is a key competitive advantage that distinguishes our company from ordinary manufacturing plants.
Marketing
The company’s overseas sales network covers multiple countries and regions, including Europe, North America, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, and China’s Taiwan region. Given the significant differences in product preferences, design styles, and compliance requirements across markets, the company has developed differentiated supply strategies for each region through long-term export experience.
The European and American markets form the core segment of the company’s export business. Consumers in these regions have high expectations for the functionality and convenience of kitchen gadgets, while also prioritizing safety certifications and eco-friendliness. When supplying these markets, the company places strong emphasis on preparing food safety compliance documentation and presenting brand-focused packaging designs, ensuring that both product quality and appearance meet retail shelf standards. The products have successfully entered major retail chains such as Kmart in Australia, achieving large-scale sales through these channels.
The Japanese and South Korean markets demand higher levels of product precision and design sophistication. Japanese consumers favor compact, easy-to-store kitchen tools, with extremely strict standards for packaging details and user instructions. Products developed specifically for these markets, such as microwave egg frying pans, incorporate warm and charming visual elements in their appearance design, while focusing on practical features like multi-functionality and ease of cleaning in their functional design, accurately meeting the daily cooking needs of households in Japan and South Korea.
The market in China’s Taiwan region combines consumer habits from both East Asian and Western markets, showing high acceptance of new kitchen appliances and innovative cooking tools. The company has made targeted adjustments to the functional combinations and pricing positioning of its products for this market. While maintaining the core technical advantages of its products, the company has achieved strong market penetration through flexible product configurations and reasonable pricing strategies.
Customer Cooperation
The company’s business cooperation model focuses primarily on ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing), with end-to-end service capabilities from concept design to mass delivery.
Under the ODM model, the company leverages the product innovation capabilities of its in-house R&D team to propose product solutions based on market trends and customer needs. It manages the entire process—from industrial design, structural design, and mold development to sample prototyping—helping brand clients quickly launch new products that meet market demands.
Under the OEM model, the company strictly follows the design drawings and technical specifications provided by customers to organize production, ensuring finished products fully align with client requirements.
In terms of customer service, the company assigns dedicated project liaisons to each key client, responsible for full-process tracking and management from inquiry quotation, sample confirmation, and production scheduling to logistics shipment. To address the special needs of overseas clients regarding time zone differences and communication preferences, the company has established a multilingual communication mechanism to ensure timely and accurate information exchange. For after-sales support, the company commits to rapid response and proper resolution of product quality issues, maintaining the stability of long-term cooperative relationships.
